The Colonic process explained

A colonic is a gentle, odor-free, and mess-free method of cleansing the intestines. The treatment is 45 minutes. You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table and be connected to the machine with a sterile, disposable tube that’s inserted just an inch and a half into the body. Warm, purified water will slowly and gently fill the large intestine. Throughout the session, the water will move in and out of the intestine based on your comfort level, helping soften and loosen old waste that may be stuck to the intestinal lining.

Once the session on the table is complete, you’ll be disconnected and head to the restroom for private detox time.

After that, you’re free to continue your day as normal! No major post-care is required—just hydrate with some electrolytes.

In terms of recommendations, the number of sessions varies depending on your goals, but generally it takes about three sessions to help recalibrate the intestine. Our first focus is hydration—once the colon is fully hydrated, it begins to contract gently on its own. The gut is considered “re-calibrated” when it’s contracting at 100%.

During your sessions, we can observe your progress through the viewing window. The color of the release helps indicate contraction levels: detox begins as a faint yellow, and our goal is to reach a deep amber. Once we reach that milestone, we typically recommend moving into maintenance mode, which is a colonic every 2–3 months.
