What is Colon Hydrotherapy ? Colon Hydrotherapy also referred to as a Colonic is a safe, gentle, drug free method of cleansing the Colon (large intestine). How often should I get a Colonic?

Generally, we recommend a series of 3 Colonics to both feel and appreciate the benefits that Colon Hydrotherapy offers; most notably, these include hydration and detoxification. Once the Colon is functioning well, regular clients may continue maintenance Colonics once per month or once every 3 months.
